Privacy policy
We only process the data you send us yourself, and only so that we can reply to you and build your website. We do not use any tracking or advertising cookies.
1. Who processes your data

Providing your data is voluntary. However, without your name and email we cannot reply to you. We do not carry out any automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. Only suppliers who help us run our service (processors) have access to it:
- Netlify, Inc. – website hosting and receiving form submissions
- Zoho Corporation B.V. (Netherlands, data stored in the EU) – the mailbox where enquiries arrive
- iDoklad (Seyfor, a. s., Czechia) and, where applicable, an external accountant – issuing invoices and bookkeeping
Netlify is based in the USA. Data transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or, where applicable, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
4. Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or any other tracking cookies. We only use strictly necessary storage without which the site would not work. That is why we do not need your consent to cookies.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out what data we process about you and get a copy of it,
- request correction of inaccurate data,
- request erasure of your data if we no longer need it or process it unlawfully,
- request restriction of processing,
- data portability for data you have provided to us,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your own EU country.
